November 17th is a game changer. November 17th 2025, the day before November 18th when Companies House require people to start to be ID checked has already had 2800 companies formed by 12 noon. Based on that rate, it could be a 5000+ day today. It will be interesting to see how much of a drop there is with company formations following the introduction of ID Checks.
